Packs not delivered

I bought the supporter packs via steam on 26 November 2024. 2 months past and I contacted several times with support via email and they replied me that I didnt buy these packs. I even share my transaction id on steam and my character names (they wanted these infos) but they say that ''none of your upgrade attempts were succesful on our side. As such, you should not have been charged for these attempts.)
Didnt even recieve twitch pack either. Anyone know something i am missing or what should i do? Thanks! Last bumped on Feb 15, 2025, 1:55:15 AM

Hey, I'm sorry to hear about the misunderstanding with your Support ticket. The best solution would be to continue to resolve the issue through the support@grindinggear.com email chain as they have the information required to help you.

I did send tickets. I even posted screenshots but your support says that we didnt see any transactions on our systems.

I guess you didn't solve the issue yet, right ? I am experiencing samething as well. I bought the packs via steam on 24 Dec 2024, no one is replying my emails. I have sent my transaction ids etc, i hope they solve this frustrating issue.
