Not sure what the cause of this was but there was nothing that was said and just got randomly muted. Was selling an item in chat and got this message saying I was muted for 24h. You need to allow us to make support tickets or allow us to find out who was the one that was the cause of the mute so we can ask them what the cause of the mute was (because obviously in this case, I was selling in the trade section).
