Support Ticket since Dec. 8

Hello,

My support ticket remains unresolved and it was created back in December 8. Both on this website and via email to support@grindinggear.com.

Am I doing something wrong or this game does simply not have a customer support system?

Hey there, if you have already contacted us at support@grindinggear.com, we will respond to you as soon as we can. As mentioned in our recent Customer Support Update, due to the massive increase in tickets from Early Access, we've fallen behind our usual standard. We'll do our best to get back to your request as soon as possible, and we appreciate your patience and understanding in the meantime.
This is an indie studio, they don't have many staff... Right now Rajiv is handling few hundred thousand tickets and it'll likely take until early access is over..
I mean I respect and it is somewhat understandable but, almost 2 months delay is kinda insane. Thank you for updating here though.
I ordered the Liberator of Wraeclast Supporter 53 days ago (Dec 7th).

I sent an email a couple weeks after, asking were was my physical items might be at. This was the response.

"Unfortunately, it appears there was a minor error at checkout with your purchase; although you provided shipping details our system automatically opted you out of receiving your physical goods."

So GGG where's my full refund or my Path of Exile 2 Art Book, the Path of Exile 2 Logo T-shirt and the Path of Exile 2 Logo Hoodie?
They actually let that man type Rajiv without sensoring him! holy crap.

Hahahaha Raj was the guy who sent me my response as well! Come on boys, you can't let good 'ol Rajiv handle it all himself! Give the man a hand!

P.S, been over a month with only 1 message back from Raj. Actually worried about his health at this point as it's more important than my refund. HELP RAJ, PLEASE!
SRS, Please help Rajiv. I have been messaging you since January 4th 11:50 pm, 2025. I have not sent follow-ups since the 19th, My Birthday is on the 5th of February. I have sent all of my information in one message, I included my response and an account, please make it happen dudes.
