got scammed what to do ?

Hi,
I am a occasional player because of work and dont know how this work.

i whent to trade with [Removed by Support] for White stellar amulet on the trade site for 70ex.
I didnt look at each amulet and saw after, that he gave me blue one instead of the White one, like asked. So i lost around 240 exalted which is almost all my exalted.
i asked to trade back the currency for the amulet but obviously he didn't respond.

Can i do something , like reporting him and/or get back my currency And he is going to suffer any consequence ?

i feel mad at myself for not looking enough and the game for allowing poeple to sell something different that what they listed on the trade site.
