key not working

i put the key on epic game launcher it let me download it then i linked it to the website im logged in but still nothing idk whats going

Hi there, please note that redeeming a client key such as Epic Games or Steam, does not grant Early Access, and you will still need to have redeemed an Early Access key or purchased a Path of Exile 2 Early Access Supporter Pack. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
