Game will not let me trade! PoE2

I've recently just started to enjoy this game and now that im trying to build out my character this game will not let me. I've jump through all the hoops to tade on this game from logging my account onto their website to HAVING to spend real world money for a "Premium" tab and nothing. I the use their website on my ps5 and smart phone to no avail. I read online that you have to be logged in on the game but what does that even matter if the trading is done through a website? Honestly this is the worst trading machanic I've ever seen in a game and then when i need help there's no customer services just this form. This honestly feels like one big cash grab to me. If anyone can and is willing to help me salvage any love for this game I might still have your services will be appreciated.

P.s. Ive also seen that you have to be over level 25 to trade, i'm currently level 72 and running maps which is why i want to build my character.
