Can someone help me? For whatever reason the website has my character name and 4 numbers instead of my psn and four numbers so I can't direct message anyone. It's really tough to whisper people with the copy paste function on console. Any help would be great thanks.

Hi there, if you typically play on a Sony console, could you please try logging in via the PlayStation option when prompted to "Continue With" on our sign-in page? Once you are logged in to the correct account, you should be able to directly whisper people via the trade site.
