Hello, respected official. My account was locked on January 20, 2025. I don't know what caused this situation. The official has not provided any explanation. I have no intention of violating the official game rules, but your extreme measures also disappoint me. I have not received a response to my email sent to the official. I see that there are still more people who cannot receive a response. I really like this game and have invested money and time, but the official work efficiency is disappointing.
