Follow-up on Account Recovery Request

I am reaching out regarding an issue a close friend of mine experienced with his account (username: Vxii#5517). A few weeks ago, he encountered the problem you mentioned, where his account was compromised, resulting in an unauthorized charge of $200. He disputed the charge and informed you about the situation. The payment was refunded, but as per your security policies, his account was locked to prevent further issues. Because of this lock, he is also unable to access the forum or post, so I am writing on his behalf. More than 35 days ago, he contacted you via email, and your team mentioned that you would respond as soon as possible to help him regain access. However, he has not received any updates, and he is still unable to access his account or play. Could you please provide an update on his request and prioritize the resolution of this issue?
