No early access points via PSN

Hi all,
Bought PoE2 EA on Steam and one day later on PSN. Account linking and crossover work like a charme. I got 300points by Steam, but 0 by PSN. The PSN support gave me teh advice to contact the game's publisher. I wrote an email without any reaction so far. What else can I do to get the 300points? Last bumped on Feb 9, 2025, 5:33:41 PM
