Item refunds

Hello, I've been sending emails for about 10 days, about the refund of an item purchased by mistake. However, in those 10 days I did not receive any response. I would like to know if this technical support is disabled at the moment, as I have already sent more than 20 emails and in none of them I have received a response.

As per a recent announcement, we've had a massive amount of players logging into Path of Exile 2 since launch and unfortunately, such a huge influx of players also generates an enormous amount of support requests.

Despite the Support teams best efforts, we're currently looking at turn around times that are much longer than expected on new emails, where we'd usually be aiming for responses within the same day, if not the same hour.

If you have submitted a ticket with the Support team, please do not send follow up messages to check on the status of your request, as this can create further delays. Please be assured that if you're waiting for a response from our Support team, they'll get back to you as soon as humanly possible.

Dear Administrator, are you even aware of the topics on the forum? Most players have mentioned waiting 50 days for a response, and I’ve been waiting for a week. All I’m asking is to have one of my two accounts removed, yet you keep saying you’ll respond on the same day and at the same time. Either you’re not reading the forum topics, or you’re truly dismissing us.
