Can't see my POE2 character on the website

Both of my POE1 and POE2 accounts were made by signing in with steam. When I got to the POE website and log in, I can only see my POE1 character and not the one I made for poe2. I am not sure what is wrong, and I tried a couple different possible fixes I could think of, but nothing worked.

I log into poe trade it shows 2 accounts one with no character and my poe 2 characters are not there. No idea how to fix this so i can use poe 2 trade. Both show the same e-mail address so i can't even change that atm. Put in a support ticket 4 days ago but no reply on how i can fix this. Thank you
