Need help optimizing my character's DMG and Survival 98 lvl Chieftain

I need help optimizing my character's DMG and Survival .

Minor adjustment
Take 2x mana nodes instead of life regen to the jewel node where you placed "unnatural instinct" unique jewel.

Major adjustment
I'm sorry but I have no concrete advise.
You've taken one of the strongest defense mechanics that requires least investments. (it's not cheap but you don't need to sacrifice everything to scale the survivability.)
So it's basically the damage scaling issue because there is no extra damage scaling factor. You can only min-max in the scale you prepared so you have to prepare an extra scaling, in another word, expand the limit.

Edit
I guess you haven't dove much into crafting aka gambling. I think it's a perfect opportunity to invest your time on the deepest part of crafting since you literally sitting on the well sorted build. (do not forget to set the goal before diving into the void or there will be no limit.)
