Transfer Stash Tabs - WHY NOT RESPOND ?

I have been sending emails since December 7th in order to resolve a simple account merger, as commented by the devs that the transition of cosmetics and chest tabs would be available.


Jonathan Rogers promised in the last live that they would be hiring more employees because they didn't have enough people to answer all the tickets. This has been going on for almost a month. Emails are answered by AI. We want to be treated like human beings, served by human beings!!!!
GGG where are the support technicians?????
What they are doing is fraud!!!!!!!

I have two accounts on my PC, a GGG account and an EA account, and I asked for my Stash to be transferred on 12/8, but 1/29 I got the points back for the Stash I purchased.
I bought Stash when it was on sale, so I don't have enough points to do the same now.
The Stash was not transferred and the points were returned.
I think it is very late but I did get support.

I know many of you have the same problem, but be patient and wait.
