No Response via email after providing character nicknames
Is it normal that after responding to GGG’s request to provide the nicknames of my in-game characters, I haven't received any feedback for over ~10 days? The request was made via email, and I contacted the official account.
Should I send another email asking for an update on my situation? Last bumped on Feb 18, 2025, 6:52:00 PM

It's normal for sure.
For me it has been a month that I don't get any response after providing all details. So you need at least 20 more days wait time to be on-par with most of us. | |
