customer service ghosting me
is it typical for ggg to ssay they will help you then ghost you. i got an email saying that support was gonna help with my messed up microtransactions. i gave them the info requesting and haven't heard back in about a day. did i get scammed even worse than buy the microTransaction that apperatly ARE NOT CROSS PROGRESSION

oh so in other words the devs lied when they were talking in the interview imn gonna have to report it as a scam because thats what it is this make no sense . Every othe cross play game geshin Fortnite even in diablo 4 all your purchases cross over. bad enough a stupid portal is 20 dollars it feels great spend 40 dollaars and stuff you cant even use didn't think it woulkd be that hard to get stash tabs working. There should be a warning that pops up or maybe they shouldnt go online blatantly lying asbout microtransaction crossing over just cause you want to segregate PlayStation for some odd reason. im might be a lkittle angry right now but i do appreciate your support sop far your the moast helpful. i just wwant everything i paied for on my pc account
