Change email request ignored mid conversation.

I emailed support with an email change request because I can't access my old email (only reason I'm able to play is my account is linked through steam). This is the timeline of the conversations with the last two being my response (last one is asking if there's any follow up to the email)

It's almost February now and we're getting told to not send in new tickets and wait for a response when my request is clearly lost or forgotten.

At least you got more than one "answer"! But yes they just ghost you in the middle of supporting you, had the same happen and I'm reading that a lot here. Maybe that's their way to catch up with all the tickets by just answering once or twice and then just ticking that as completed and moving on without helping or something like that. At least that's what it feels like.
