Can't link account with steam

Hello,

My friend sent me a game code for PoE2 for steam, i installed PoE2 but i cant link my GGG account with steam. When i try i get "You have been sent an email to finish linking your account." but no email is sent.

I've contacted GGG support they said will help me link it, 3 days passed no answer after that.
Really GGG how can you not fix at least the email sending, and is not only me , the forum is full with people having the same problem.

One week and i'm still waiting for one email just to play with my friend..

Update: I gave up on linking the account, support is not responding. So i went in and made a new account just to play (even though i will lose all my MTX and stash tabs) and guess what, i get a message that says i dont have access to PoE2 even though i added the code in steam and it activated PoE2.

Good thing i did not bought PoE2 early access and this was a code from my friend who got 2. They really made this game the opposite of PoE1.

Goodbye my old friend, the best game i ever played.

It's more thank 1 week already, no response and nothing works.

Linking steam to this account - not working (no mai are incoming)
Changing mail - not working ..same thing with mail
Making new account with steam with Poe2 activated - not working

So what can i do..just wait? Is not even a support problem..your mail server is not working, just fix that and make my activation email come through.

Almost 1 moth since i contacted GGG and still no answer cant even play without linking stilll says i have no PoE2 access even though is in my library and activated.



I always loved this company and now i hate it with a passion, they just went from good to very bad in 1 second.
