69 days of waiting for support

Currently 69 days waiting for support to finish the transfer of my mtx from xbox to pc

Nov 21st 2024 two weeks before the launch of poe2 which is the "reason" for supports delay, so why wasn't my issues taken care of since it was emailed two weeks before what supposedly put you behind of resolving issues?

Queue is not working right I don't care what you say waiting almost 70 days I repeat almost 70 days and everything is working right ?????
