More than 2 month still not received physical items + Support not helping to even respond

The worst Support ignoring have ever seen at my life 0 out of 10
This what we get when we Support the game we love
It has been more than two months
3 threads posted every time reply with the same send mail so why the forum exist if i need to send mail
And here we go more than 10 days noone answer my email even if I send all the data required

Finally I can say I regret playing and supporting this game .. this game will die eventually
