Points bought on PS5 store not crediting to account

I wanted to buy a new premium tab. I bought 50 points from the PS Store, not through the game. It's been two days now. I've reinstalled the game. The points don't show up in game or on the website. I also do not have an account email, which GGG has sent out for other purchases conducted in the same way without issue. Please help I have stuff I'd like to sell.

I am in the same boat today...It has been couple of hours for what it only took couple of minutes last time...

Have you had any luck getting your point? I have contacted support see what they say...

Bit of update on my situation...

I have read a Reddit post mentioning a work around by downloading the PS4 version of POE 1 and go into the in game shop then click "buy points" will force the points to show up...

And IT DID! I've also noticed that the pack I bought is little different from last time:

- The one I bought back in Nov 24 is called "200 point pack" which categorized as "virtual currencies".
- The one I bought yesterday is called "path of exile - 200 point pack" which categorized as "add-on pack"

I dont know whether it has anything to do with the points not showing up...
