I sent an e-mail to support during the day, but I could not get a response after 7 days. (December 3, 2024) But of course, this was a template e-mail. This e-mail stated that the account was locked and secured. It was also requested to contact again when the e-mail account was secured. I sent a reply e-mail to this e-mail on December 3, 2024 stating that my account was secure. However, I still have not received a response. It has been more than a month since my account was stolen, and I can neither log in nor get it back.
