no support
I recently logged into the game through Steam and a skin promotion appeared in the main menu of the game. I went there and clicked on it, and was sent to the website with my account name. I made two payments of 200 coins and purchased the skin from the promotion. To my surprise, the skin was not in my account. I went back to the website to check, and that's when I realized it was a different account created with the same email, especially since it was the game itself that sent me to its website. I contacted support via email, sent the 2 receipts asking for a refund so I can buy it through Steam. But I haven't gotten any response. I need help. If not, if there is anyone who can help me, I will have to go to court.
