Getting my account back
So I made this thread because I haven’t received any replies from **support@grindinggear.com**.
It could be that I’m just being impatient, but I haven't gotten a response since January 7... I can’t verify my account because my email provider deleted my email, and I don’t want to miss out on things like the keys I purchased. Luckily, I found out that they are in the **message tab** when I log in. When can support change my email so I can verify my account? And I also have some questions: 1. If I give a key to a friend, can he add it to his **Path of Exile** account and play on **Steam**? 2. How long do I need to wait for my **package**? Last bumped on Feb 12, 2025, 11:29:57 AM

Hi Markus,
I have sent multiple emails to **support@grindinggear.com**, but I haven't received a response. Normally, I give a company about a week to reply. I'm not sure how long I need to wait. If you're saying that support is "working through a large number of requests," it makes me feel like a week might be too short, and I should wait longer.
