Cannot play on Steam

Hi,
I recently bought a key from a site, I activated it on Steam but when I am trying to login to the game after I select the server, It's saying that I do not have access to the Early Access game. On which site? The early access key is activated on this site, not in steam. The key for steam is provided after receiving access, and does not give access by itself, but only unlocks the PoE 2 client in the steam library.
