Account locked after hacking

My account got locked after hacking for no reason. I didn't do anything illegal.
I can't even login to my account on the website. Can't contact support.
My account was blocked without any reason. First, I was robbed of in-game currency, and then GGG blocked my account because of "We have locked your account to prevent any further damage while you take the above security steps. Please let us know when you are ready to go through the verification process, so we can look into restoring account access back to you." I did everything they asked, and I've been waiting for a response for two weeks now, with no reply. I've been playing their game practically since the beginning, and I would really appreciate a quick response to my email. I saw on their website that people have had their accounts blocked for up to 50 days, and I'm starting to get scared that I'll lose my account without any fault of my own.
