Were you in a cave or something? they literally took all resources and devs from PoE1 entirely as per THEIR own annoucement last week. we are getting things slowly back AFTER all the backlash...


There wouldnt be anything running por PoE1 for an entire YEAR were not for the community driven efforts. that's what GGG wanted...

GGG dropped a bomb video last week about taking resources entirely from the game (which should be getting a new ACTUAL league, not a void event) to focus on PoE2, also admiting they actually been doin that for a good while and 3.26 were not even being worked on all this time.

communnity got uber upset. they're now bringing some people back to PoE1 after the backlash. that's the TLDR

One can never ask the man about his salary, a woman about her age, and the "loyal" poe1 player about how the player numbers are compared to poe2...

Honestly unless they fixed that terrible terrible camera zoom, add wasd, fix that endgame where ppl are playing over-glorified vampir survivors, I highly doubt there will be more ppl interested in poe1 (maybe update some of the graphics but for sure less important...)

Don´t get me wrong, it´s very likely that the 10(?) years old game has more complex and better mechanics than the EA game, but feels like poe1 is heading into a dead end direction.

I am not. You said, related to the 20k pohx league limit, GGG doesn't want new player to see how much better PoE1 is, while the limit had nothing to do with your claim, it's just the default limit for private leagues and GGG raised it.

yes you are. they started raising it alongside the back down posts and announcement that they got a few people back to give any attention to PoE1 at all.

again, you have no idea on the time of the events, so yeah...


Go back and watch their friday video to check on their ACTUAL intentions, were not from all the backlash.
