My support ticket to combine both of my sub accounts into 1 has been un changed for 2 entire months now. With the devs breaking their word on poe 1 and the fact that I don't like poe 2 at all has me literally playing diablo instead. Disappointed would not do it justice. Absolutely no excuse for the ticket delays or the pow 1 league delays. They are season developers and there is no way they didn't see this comming. I'm honestly contemplating ever playing poe again.

My ticket was already opened and accepted. For merger. The last reply acknowledging yhe ticket was still outstanding was 2 months ago. The acceptance of the merger was almost 3 months ago. I feel that's incredibly ridiculous.

2 months probably means your email didn't arrive. I haven't seen any recent reports about turn around times, but December and early January were in the 1-2 week range.
