Key or no Key?

Alright, maybe I am just not mentally acute enough to understand this but, Liberator of Wraeclast support pack lists two seperate keys. Four (4) "Early Access" and implied a "non-Early" access key as part of the pack. Now I am certain I can count, but what's not been made clear is the definition were supposed to be working with.

I would love to play, and preferably get what I am paying for. Already reached out to support via email, totally get back logs and a need for personalized touches in the support environment, but I don't think that should imped sales.

If anyone could help out that would be outstanding, thanks in advance.

First, thank you for taking the time to reach out, and for answering my question in a timely manner.
Additionally, on the matter of the supporter pack, I am aware that the sites do not have the extended options that you guys offer on the back end, in terms of product exchange, ect.
I want the art catalog, but want to exchange the other physical product. I would expect that there is a different calculation involved there, not considering the concept of "trading" the other cosmetics offered for other cosmetics or even just getting points.

I would very much like to be able to make the purchase today, but due to the limitations in the pipe line I am leery to make such a big purchase out right.

Ultimately I want the pack perks, and the keys so I can get several others involved, in a guild format.
