account help

hi, i emailed support two months ago and every time i get a reply from support its from a different support person.. i was told my characters disapeared because steam overwrite my account, i was told its possible to bring back my old characters as well i sent a confirm email to re instate my original account with all my cosmetics and skins. i was told this would overwrite my current character that i had made so i transfered all my items to my wifes steam and asked that the purchases i made to play the game while waiting for a response from support (all which can be found in the recent micro transactions) which include the Lord of Ogham Supporter Pack and Divine Paladin Supporter Pack.. either be transfered to my account thats being restored or to be refunded so i can then purchase them again when my account is restored.

is there a live chat or someone that can sit here as we chat so the issue can be taken care of.

i obviously cant play poe until this gets fixed i even purchased stash tabs to hold all my gear on my wifes steam. ive supported the game with many purchases it would be nice to get some actual help and solve the issue i have.
i understand support is under pressure with poe2, however for two months now ive exchanged emails with support and every time i get a different person replying back asking for information that has already been emailed. can we figure this thing out already...

they have replied to me three times, each time is by a different support member and the problem is yet to be solved.. i need my original characters restored with all the hundreds of dollars worth of cosmetics. it takes 3 weeks inbetween replies i dont understand why this is taking so long.. 2 months? did i offend someone by asking for help whats the deal here

i think its fair to understand my frustration after 2 months of being told my account is gonna be restored and it still hasnt
