Bleed should be Liandry's Tormen in the game and feel like Wolverine (% of max health as damage)

I think it would be fun to build around a slow DOS % max health build in the game. Or % max health hits as well. Maybe that could be what bleeding is? I feel it is more thematic for bleed to kind of slowly bleed, and aggravated bleeding just increases that rate, maybe by a percentage like critical strike multiplier? And also faster attacks could also aggravate bleeding too, so you could feel like Wolverine as well?

It also would kind of set a slow pace for the game and really concentrate on defense, because it's a set timer almost that GGG can also balance around.

It could make the game easier for some by how strong it is, because you can really speed up a fight with high aggravated bleeding multiplier.

But you can also build defences and have sort of a set timer for every fight. Kind of like you know that if you survive you always have that timer falling back on. It can kind of hype up a fight barely surviving the timer, it completey changes the gameplay for those who choose to play it. And again it can be balanced around so it isn't too OP at times.

And it could have a sort of leech component too, adding another layer of defence that could interact with leech (which is sort of not used that much).
