My Game is gone and i wait about a month that somebody Contact me
I buyed POE2, i played it about 3 weeks nothing happend, out of now where the key is gone the my game is gone and my money is gone. I contact support and everytime they tell me i must send e-mail to them, one Time somebody responds and sad i must tell him all my Charackters Name lvl... i told him and he never came back.
I buyed a Key, i put the key in POE2 Reedem code. I played many hours and days. Last bumped on Feb 1, 2025, 6:56:18 PM

I got the key from Eneba, but it change nothing because i put the key in the Reedem Poe2 and played it 1 - 2 weeks, it must be a problem on poe2

" It changes everything though, you did not pay GGG a dime, you bought the key (likely because of a lower price) through a non affiliated third party, and that third party has either charged back the purchase of the key or refunded it, which voids the key and your access to the game...it has nothing to do with GGG and you would need to pursue it through Eneba. Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including the four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.
If you obtained your early access through purchasing one of the Early Access packs, please also include the transaction ID of the purchase. This can usually be found alongside your receipt of payment provided to you by the payment processor you used. If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key. Need help with something?
