Cant sent whispers on ps5. Account not online

I cant sent any whispers even though I connected my PSN account to the POE account. It keeps telling me my acount is offline. I cant sent whispers in POE1 as well. All this is on PS5. I bought the early acces poe2 twice. On both accounts I'm not able to sent whispers and use the trade webste on PS5. Stuck on tier10 maps because of that. O well..... waiting on a solution.
