How many days has it been? No reply, no response
Shame on you for presenting yourselves as a huge organization, yet your support team is completely useless. You are not even aware of how many people you are causing trouble for. For two weeks, I have been requesting the deletion of one of my two accounts. I can't purchase a package, and when I do, it goes to the account I don't use. I've been struggling with this issue, but enough is enough! We mean absolutely nothing to you. Shame on you!
