PoE2 Char are missing after linking id with existing PoE1 Acc

I’ve been playing PoE2 on Ps5 for a while. Then I link ps5 acc with my email that used for PoE1. After the link, once i login to Poe2 on Ps5, I landed on character creation screen w/o option to select my existing char.
