Purchased POE2 Supporter Pack But Cannot Find Key, HELP!!!

Freaking out a bit here, bought it a bit back but PC issues. Now trying to find the key or where it is, nobody ingame is willing to help and only offer trollish advice about POE2 sucking.

Thanks. I emailed but no reply. Really worried - PC was out of commission and now that it's back I cannot find any key or remember what I was supposed to do to get POE2 started.
