I didn't get a tracking number and its been about 2 1/2 weeks since I ordered. Do I have to email support for the tracking number?

Yep I had that experience as well. I'm waiting on my artbook and the merch for over a month now, soon two months. Got no updates and support won't answer (they answered but only to ask for some information and then never replied again). So we just have to hope we will get what we paid for sometime this year. But I read that someone got an answer after sending the information to the support and they just said the person didn't order anything (but they did). I just hope my order didn't get lost the same way and my money didn't just go to waste.
