Path Of Exile / Grinding Gear Games no longer care about us.
I am 100% convinced that they no longer care about providing customer service anymore... I have been locked out of my account for WELL OVER a month now, I had decided to log in and play while away for work and BAM! they locked my account and It's been 100% crickets since then. I have asked for unlocked codes numerous times, hell I have asked to change my email after reading out yahoo issues with them. I have reached out in the forms for help and get told that is not my job you have to contact customer service....how do you contact something that does not exist?
I have a streamer friend who ran into the same issue as me and within 2 minutes his account was unlocked, me being the common folk nothing... ALL I WANT IS FOR MY ACCOUNT TO BE UNLOCKED is that really too much to ask for or has POE/GGG really stopping caring about us and customer service? Last bumped on Feb 3, 2025, 4:42:11 PM

" according to your post by doing a bit of math you should of been done with all 525,000 4 days ago so whats going on? we have been left in the dark you say one thing but no one has been helped other then a few streamers. did you forget about us did you ignore us talk to us other then to say your doing everything possible. 525,000 tickets since nov 22, brought down to 75,000 as of jan. 19, 450,000 tickets finished in 58 days with an average of 7,758 tickets a day, 12 days since the post on jan 19th 12 times 7,758 is 93,103 of the 75,000 remaining. meaning everyone should have been taken care of 3 days ago. the math does not lie. Let us back in we have waited more then a month for reporting hackers on a game we paid for and have been punished while the hackers go free. Locked out on dec 14th no responses past the lock out. Give me what I paid for. |

The problem is when its not a streamer having issues its not profitable enough to warrant sending an unlock code or just simply unlocking the account which literally takes seconds.
I went through this once before before POE2 came out and it still took them sometime to unlock the account, its obviously a hierarchy and we the common player are literally at the bottom. There should be an option on the website that allows us to unlock our account or send an unlock code to our cells. Let it be a streamer and they break their backs to do the streamers bidding. I've spend 1000's through out the life cycle of this game, Its to the point now where its becoming hopeless to even get a response. The only people responding are people who cant help, and their sole purpose is to push emailing support. I remember the good old days where people like VASH_GGG could actually help now its just like a being stuck in a cycle of endless voice prompts when trying to reach a live customer service agent only to be hung up on the moment they pick up. |

I bough the game on xbox and PC, half the EA coins did get allocated to a wrong sub account.
I've been waiting for them to get moved to the correct subaccount for 2 months now, it's getting ridiculous really. |

I've spoken with quite a few people with similar issues with purchases and what not. I hate to be "THAT" guy but i wonder if the lack of customer service has anything to with the fact that the US Govt flagged Tencent for having ties to the Chinese military, so most US IP's that aren't known streamer IPs are cannon fodder now....
Or I wonder if the rumors of mass deleting of emails is true? I have to even think like that but nothing makes sense anymore, it seems like in my opinion the most ridiculous and absurd the claims has lately been the closest to truth... |
