I assume GGG closed down their support department and now care less about fixing any problems. But I do have to thank GGG for making up my mind to not purchase anything from them and to not waste my money on the EA PoE2 since you can't fix any problems at all and refuse to even communicate or even try

This is one of the problems, your automated bot copy+paste responses to everything and GGG doesn't actually listen to their players and could care less how bad they treat everyone. Your "apology" to us as players is meaningless if you don't actually mean it and/or try to fix anything that is broken, like your support and apparently your management
