Can’t message on trade website POE2

Hello, I bought poe2 on ps5 Pursiii #6248. I am trying to do some trading and when I go to message someone it says “invalid query, your account is unable to use this feature.” I have logged into the same account on my pc and still doesnt work. Is there a way yall can help me with this? Thank you.
