Locked Out of PoE2 Early Access Without Explanation
Hey everyone,
I usually don’t like to complain, but I’m a bit desperate here. I can’t access Path of Exile 2 anymore, and I have no idea why. Every time I try to log in, I get an error saying I don’t have access to PoE2 Early Access. When I check my account status on www.pathofexile.com, it also says: "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access." I never received any email or in-game notification about this. I’ve put in around 30 hours and have a level 45 character, which is still visible on the site, so my progress is clearly logged. I reached out to support weeks ago, and while I got an initial response asking for information I had already included in my first email, I haven’t heard anything since. It’s really disheartening because I was enjoying the game, and I’ve always heard great things about Grinding Gear Games. At this point, I’m not sure what else to do other than make a post about it. Has anyone else had this happen? Any advice on how to actually get a response from support? Thanks in advance! Last bumped on Feb 3, 2025, 10:22:19 AM

Thanks for the reply, it looks like you might have missed some parts from my initial post. Yes I reached out to the support and I haven't heard anything in 13 days.

I've got the same problem here with exactly the same response. I too have reached out to the support and I haven't heard anything in more than three weeks.
I can not understand this behavior. |

Wow that's terrible DiForozi. I think it would be easier to handle if I actually got totally ignored instead of getting that initial reply. Asked me if the problem wasn't resolved, five hours after I sent the email...
