Path of Exile Refund Process Support

Hello,

Regarding a purchase made in Poe2 I reached out to support via email and Leon from support responded that they would help and demanded couple of information such as my account name etc. I provided them the wanted information but there is no update for exactly 10 days now. Is this how the process usualy goes or is there another step I need to take?
