Support is dead?

Hello.
I'll explain it in order: I accidentally bought a stash tab that I already have (Unique Stash Tab), I write an email to support (support@grindinggear.com), I describe my problem and immediately provide all the information that they usually ask for (account name including the 4-digit discriminator, names of several characters on the account, screenshots of the list of microtransactions), support answer me the next day that they will help me and the funniest thing is THEY ASK AGAIN EVERYTHING THAT I ALREADY WROTE IN THE FIRST EMAIL and then ignore for more than a week!
attention question: is support dead?

P.S. Sorry if I'm writing in the wrong forum thread, but I couldn't find any support on how support works =)
