GGG should be embarrassed of their support or lack of

The copy and paste replies from their bots on here just sums it up.

I like many is on day #58+ of no help or reply from support.. GGG should be embarrassed coming on here with their bots copying/pasting their replies. Clearly support is not working on tickets, why direct forum comments to email an address that no one checks? Because it "looks" like support is supporting?

Read the last 10 pages of posts, no one is receiving help, you literally don't see a single post of someone saying "cool support helped" so either clearing out 500,000 tickets was a complete lie or every single user on the forum wasn't part of the 500,000 tickets?

At what point does the lying stop and something is actually addressed?

Hi there, I've sent you a private message regarding this.
Those 500k+ emails they boast about processing are probably just unimportant messages — questions, duplicate requests, and other junk mail. The remaining 75k are likely real issues that actually need to be resolved by support, and at their current pace, it will take them months, if not years, to get through them — judging by the state of things described in various forum threads.

I personally encountered an issue on December 7. After several attempts, I finally managed to send an email on December 10 through their overloaded inbox. They replied on December 12 with a question that made sense but didn’t solve anything. I responded immediately, and a week ago — after 45 days — I received a message saying that my ticket had been forwarded to the appropriate person for resolution. Since then, silence.

What’s funny is that in that most recent email, they encouraged me to ask additional questions in the meantime — which I’m sure would just put me back at the end of the queue, since I’d be sending another message.
