No response from email support in 2 weeks

Good evening! I originally sent a message regarding microtransaction refund to support@grindinggear.com on January 19th, resent it on February 1st. Didn't get a response to any of them. Any help? I really wanted to buy something on this week's specials

Thank you for your response, will wait it that case. Kinda sad that I am going to miss this week's sale, but oh well.
Hope you guys will sort all this out.
