Cry for help! (I'm looking at you, support!)

Please, please, please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've been waiting for a response to my e-mail since 12/19 and my follow up email on 12/23. Haven't sent another email cuz everyone warned me that I'd get sent back to the end of the queue.

It's been over a month and a half, and I'm yet to hear from ANYONE!!!!!! I bought the flipping $480 Liberator of Wraeclast and was forcefully opted out of the physical goods. I want the physical goods. I only upgraded from the $100 steam bundle to the $480 bundle for the PHYSICAL GOODS!

Forum Support TOLD me to go ahead with the purchase and email them and they'd get it resolved for me. Like an idiot, I believed them! I swear, the lack of support has put me off of the game and I haven't touched it in over 2 weeks.

Over 200 hours, just got to the end game and began to understand it, but couldn't shake off the nagging feeling that I was taken advantage of. I've posted almost a dozen posts in the forum BEGGING for help, even went through the threatening stages of reporting them to the BBB and boycotting anything to do with GGG. Now, I'm at the phase of acceptance. I've accepted I won't get my physical goods. I just want someone to respond to my email. Even if it's an auto-generated one. Just RESPOND ffs!
