Poe email address changed

Hi,

I emailed support a month ago asking if they could change my email address ( the current one is from yahoo and I don't have access to it anymore ) and after I provided all the information they needed I got no response from them since... I know they have support issues but still, a month and no response. I need to change the email in order to connect my new xbox to the steam account so I can use it.

Is there a way to connect my xbox without needing access to the yahoo email?
Also is there another way to raise a ticket for this besides the email?
