Is GGG's POE 2 E-mail Support THIS Slow For Everyone???

Am i the only person that's been waiting for GGG e-mail support to respond to my support e-mail regarding my account being locked, and haven't gotten anything more than 1 single response they sent literally over 3 weeks ago asking for my account ID, etc. ? I responded to their e-mail asking for my account info within 5-10mins, and didn't get a response for 3 days, so i e-mailed them again, just to make sure they got my response that had all the info they requested from me. And since then, they haven't gotten back to me whatsoever, and it's been just over 3 weeks since I sent them that last e-mail.

IS THIS NORMAL!?!?

I mean, i know they were super backed up cuz of the huge wave of e-mails they got shortly after the POE2 EA release, but from what i've read online, most people did finally get a real response and got their account unlocked and fixed after a week or 2, but its going on 4 weeks for now me....

I've been VERY understanding with GGG's delayed e-mail responses up until this point, cuz i get it, there's just sooo many e-mails to read n respond to and only so many people working n them, but after 3 fking weeks, my patience has worn thin. There's honestly no excuse for this much of a wait time for them to simply ready my damn e-mail and see that my accout shouldnt of ever been locked in the first place. And they could handle my situation in like 1-3mins by just finally unlocking my account.

Sorry for the long rant.... but have you guys also been made to wait THIS long to have your support e-mails answered and your accoutns fixed/unlocked?

I've been playing on a 2nd account i ended up paying for after i was tired of waiting on their sluggish e-mail support after about ~9days of waiting on them with no response. but I'd still like my main account unlocked so i can have access to my lvl 92 monk again and all the many many items i had gotten from playing like 12+ hours a day everyday since Early Access launched.

I'm praying to god that they finally read and repond to my e-mail soon, or that a GGG employee happens to read this thread and somehow helps me to finally get my account unlocked. Idk what else to do at this point other than post this thread to see if this long of a wait is normal.

Ok but what is taking soooooooooooooooooo long i mean over 3 weeks wait for something that would literally take like 3-5mins to fix my account.... if this is the norm its very very sad. POE2 almost been out for 2 months now, so these kind of delays shouldnt STILL b happening ffs.
I've been waiting for them to fix my problem since December 7th...at this point I wonder if there is even anyone working in support anymore and whether or not PoE2 ever will get out of EA or if all of this just is a massive scam.

Yeah i've almost completely lost all of the faith i had in GGG prior to the POE2 EA launch. They made a record breaking amount of $ from people paying $30+ just to play POE2 Early Access, and could've EASILY just hired a lot more people to handle the massive wave of support e-mails that came form when Early Access started. They're claimed they did hire more people, but clearly not nearly enough if it's STILL taking 3-8+ weeks for a simple follow-up e-mail from 1 of their support people. I've never even heard of any new games support being THIIIIS slow.
I mean, even without hiring more people, it's been around 2 months for me now since I've contacted them.

...and whenever you come to this forum, it's just a non-reply telling you to be "patient".

How much longer do I need to be patient?
I have been waiting for over a month, but nothing has happened.
January 6, just asking them to unlink my Steam account...

Still waiting, haven't received a reply yet.
