Can't get purchased goods
I had bought some things in PoE 1 on Steam, and I bought PoE 2 on Epic, because it was advertised that the things you'd bought from the first game would carry over. When I bought the Epic game, it created a second account, that had all the PoE 2 stuff that came with the package I bought, and none of the things from the previous game. I went through the process to merge the accounts, and that just gave me two separate accounts that I can switch back and forth between on one login.
I emailed support for help, they told me they may be able to help, and asked for some transaction information. I sent them what I had, then followed up with them. Repeatedly. Over the next month. I filed another ticket. I used the "Contact Support" link at the top of this page. I reported the message with the transaction in it. Nobody has gotten back to me aside from that one message asking for more information. It's coming up on the window when I won't be able to do a chargeback, so I'm almost certainly going to do that, but this is my last-ditch effort to try to get this rectified; I do like the game, but they advertised one thing, then didn't follow through, which just feels like they stole my money. So, now it's been over a month since I last asked for an update. I guess I'm just supposed to sit on my hands? This seems pretty ridiculous.
