I'm at almost one month of enduring support silence
After waiting for almost 3 weeks I got a response that answered absolutely anything of what I asked, then after someone actually read my email on January 3rd and apologized for the useless response I thought this would be swiftly resolved.
Tomorrow will mark the 30th day without a response and idk if my email was lost or not. I'm really disillusioned with this, there are customer service contractors in the world, there is no justification for what is happening right now, especially with the huge money you probably made from sales...
